StateFormed does not guarantee name acceptance, filing approval, processing time, tax treatment, licensing, bank approval, or business success.
Service fees, government fees, processor charges, optional services, and recurring renewals are disclosed at checkout. Government fees may change.
Registered-agent terms should separately address service address, document routing, customer notice, renewal, cancellation, resignation, replacement-agent obligations, and liability limitations.
The customer must maintain accurate contact information and promptly respond to requests for authorization or missing information.
When a customer purchases or requests a Business Launch website, website design, development, hosting, and maintenance are provided under the Social Parameter Digital brand by Social Parameter, LLC under a separate website-services agreement. StateFormed formation services and Social Parameter Digital website services may be marketed together, but each provider remains responsible for its own scope, terms, fees, and performance.
